Service Agreement

"Agreement" refers to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy hosted on goods.quest.

"Client" refers to the individual or entity engaging the services of FGads.

"Services" refers to the technical setup, media buying management, and infrastructure provision for digital advertising campaigns.

FGads provides specialized technical consulting and execution services for digital performance advertising. The scope includes:

• Creation and technical configuration of Advertising Accounts (Meta/Google).
• Implementation of conversion tracking protocols and event management.
• Design and deployment of intermediate landing pages ("Bridges").
• Daily management, optimization, and reporting of traffic performance.

To ensure project success, the Client must:

• Funding: Provide the necessary advertising budget directly to the advertising platforms or as specified in the starter pack.
• Information: Provide accurate project details, creative assets (where required), and target audience specifications.
• Compliance: Ensure that the promoted product or service does not violate the terms of the advertising platforms or international laws.

All fees are denominated in USD. Payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.

• Setup Fees: One-time payment for technical initialization. Non-refundable.
• Management Commissions: Percentage-based fees calculated based on the total advertising spend.
• Taxes: The Client is responsible for any applicable local taxes or bank processing fees.

The Client shall not use FGads services for:

• Promotion of illegal substances, weapons, or hate speech.
• Phishing, malware distribution, or deceptive financial schemes.
• "Self-budgeting" or unauthorized interference with technical ad protocols established by FGads.

All proprietary technical setups, bridge-page templates, and optimization algorithms developed by FGads remain the exclusive intellectual property of FGads. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these assets for the duration of the campaign.

FGads provides services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee specific financial returns (ROI) or sales volumes.
• We are not liable for account suspensions or bans initiated by third-party platforms (Google/Meta).
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the service in the preceding 30 days.

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 48 hours' notice. Upon termination:

• All active campaigns will be paused or transferred.
• Any outstanding management fees become immediately due.
• Access to proprietary bridge-pages will be revoked unless otherwise agreed.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where FGads operates. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be settled through binding arbitration.
